Shop policies

We pride ourselves in quality products with fast shipping. Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks but will be glad to work with you if you need it sooner.

We are always adding to our library of designs. If you don’t see what you are looking for, contact us. We may already have it or will be glad to create something for you.

We are constantly restocking and getting in new products. Convo us or keep checking back if your desired item is currently out of stock.

Payment

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover with Etsy’s direct checkout. We also accept PayPal.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No work will begin until full payment has been received.

Shipping

All items weighing less that 1 pound are shipped First Class through the United States Postal Service. Tracking number is provided at no additional cost. Insurance is not included but can be purchased at the buyer’s request.

All items weighing greater than 1 pound are shipped priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Tracking number and $50 insurance is provided at no additional cost.

First Class shipping usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.
Priority Mail shipping usually takes 2 days with an occasional 3 day.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!

Lost, Damaged, Delayed or Stolen Items from Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or shipping delays by USPS or stolen items once they are received by USPS. We take responsibility for making sure that your items go out on time (or as usual, much sooner!). We have absolutely no control over what happens to the package once it is accepted by United States Postal Service. Additional Insurance is available upon request.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
Although we are certain you will be happy with your purchase, should you find yourself less than satisfied, simply convo or email us (within 48 hours of receipt) with your concerns so we can rectify the situation.

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we make a mistake, we will absolutely make it right.

THERE WAS AN ERROR ON MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
Please double-check your selections (case type, device type, sizes, colors, fonts, monogram details, shipping address, etc…) prior to submitting your order. Refunds or replacements will not be given for buyer errors. If an error by us has been made, please send a photo of the error within 48 hours of delivery. An exact item replacement will be sent if we made the error.

* All items are handmade by me, therefore may differ slightly. No 2 items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROOF?

Please allow up to 24-36 business hours of order placement to receive your proof. Up to 3 proofs are allowed per order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RESPOND WITH CHANGES TO MY PROOF?

If no response to your proof is received after 24 hours, your order will be made and shipped to you as designed on the first proof.

WHAT SIZE IMAGE DO I SEND?

A large image file is best. If your image is of poor quality, it will appear blurry. Photos should be UNCROPPED and PRINT READY, Kids Kute Kreations does not do photo editing.

WHERE WILL MY PROOF BE SENT?

Proofs will only be sent on custom, sublimation items to you through ETSY Conversations. All communication should be kept in ETSY Conversations (not email or phone) so there is a record of all messages and it can be referenced easily.

HOW DO I SEND A PHOTO/LOGO/GRAPHIC?

Images can’t be uploaded at checkout. Upload your photo(s) in ETSY Conversations by clicking the “Attach image” button below the text box.

CAN I USE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/LOGO/GRAPHIC?

By submitting a photo/logo/graphic to Kids Kute Kreations, you agree that you are the photographer and/or creator or have permission in the form of a copyright/trademark license. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted/trademarked images and agree to not hold Kids Kute Kreations liable for any misuse of the images.

* All items are made to order and can be custom made to fit. Unless specified, I try to make all skirts a little on the long size so they can be easily rolled up to the desired length. Shirt sizes and fit vary by brand. I will size up based on requested sizes in cases of questionable fit. Children sizes vary widely and this is the best option I have found to accomodate most. Feel free to convo me with questions and to add your preferred measurements when ordering. 

*Care Instructions: All items are handmade and are best cleaned if hand washed. If you must use the washing machine, only wash on the delicate cycle. Best if laid flat to dry.
